Exhibition of the Royal Jade Collection of Ming and Qing Dynasty of Palace Museum

The exhibition will present 100 pieces or sets selected from 19,000 sets of jade ware collected in the Palace Museum of Beijing. In the six thematic exhibition halls the visitors will see the great achievements gained by the royal craftsmen during the Qing Dynasty.

In the history of ceramics in China, the Ru Kiln, Guan Kiln, Ge Kiln, Ding Kiln, and Jun Kiln are collectively known as the ‘Five Great Kilns’. The Palace Museum, a national-level museum, houses one of the largest collections of the finest artifacts from these Five Great Kilns, most of which were part of the Qing dynasty court collection.
